Ratatouille a dish before as poor now became cool

I've always been a lover of cooking and cuisine, now in addition to our classic meditteranea I focused on other types of cuisines so by accident I discovered the "Ratatouille", a dish originally for poor farmers, prepared in the summer with fresh vegetables.
The ingredients originating in "Ratatouille" are tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, onions and garlic.
I personally love to add us a potato and cauliflower, this last ingredient has anti-cancer and antioxidant properties, as well as the garlic that has always vasodilator and antioxidant properties, is thus able to lower the blood pressure and helps fight disease erectile humans.
This "poor" dish it out, we have now found that it is very rich in its properties.
